Senate GLASS Caucus Statement on Diversity Initiative Survey Results

WASHINGTON – The U.S. Senate GLASS Caucus released the following statement on the Senate Democratic Diversity Initiative Survey results:

“We commend the Senate Democratic Diversity Initiative’s efforts, and value our ongoing partnership to increase LGBTQ staff representation and inclusion in the U.S. Senate. However, the findings show that more needs to be done – offices and committees must establish more inclusive hiring practices.” 

GLASS Caucus is the official LGBTQ staff association of the United States Senate.
