Briefing with Equally Blessed: A CATHOLIC CALL TO JUSTICE FOR THE LGBT COMMUNITY
Recent studies demonstrate that a majority of Catholics in America are accepting of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people, and support public policies that promote LGBT equality. This briefing will provide an opportunity to hear about current Catholic public opinion from a leading researcher, to understand why there is such strong support among Catholic laity for LGBT equality and to hear from several prominent, faithful Catholics about their own journeys toward embracing their LGBT brothers and sisters.
When: Wednesday, March 30, 2:00-3:00PM
Where: 2168 Rayburn House Office Building
