For Senate Staff
GLASS Mentorship Program
The GLASS Mentorship Program provides GLASS members an opportunity to meet and establish a relationship with a mentor who can provide personalized one-on-one career advice. This program is open to Senate staff who are dues-paying members of GLASS. Senate interns are allowed to participate at no cost. For more information, please visit the Mentorship Program Page.
Lunch & Learn Series
Once a month, GLASS invites representatives from organizations throughout the LGBT community to speak to our members on a variety of issues. Held usually on Tuesdays during the weekly caucus luncheons, the Lunch & Learn series includes professional development opportunities, information sessions and other activities that can help GLASS members in their legislative capacities and in their personal careers. GLASS members are invited to bring their lunch and participate in these informal discussions. Please check our calendar to find out when our next lunch will be.
